You pay a flat monthly membership fee directly to Ohana DPC instead of traditional insurance billing. This membership covers most primary care services without copays or insurance hassles.

Ohana DPC offers plans for individuals, familiessmall businesses, and fire departments — with each plan giving unlimited access to core primary care services.

Yes — the DPC model prioritizes continuity of care, so you build an ongoing relationship with a provider who knows your health history. If your provider is unavailable for timely care, we will get you in to see one of our other providers.

Insurance & Outside Services

No. Ohana DPC does not bill insurance. Membership fees are paid directly to the practice, which eliminates many administrative barriers and allows more personalized care.

Yes — it’s recommended to maintain health insurance (like a high-deductible or catastrophic plan) to cover major medical needs such as hospitalizations, specialists, or emergencies that fall outside primary care.

Ohana DPC can help coordinate labs and imaging at reduced costs and refer you to specialists as needed, although additional costs for outside services are not covered by the membership.

Yes — the Ohana DPC offers additional services like hormone therapy, IV therapy, weight-loss care, and more. These services are available without a membership, and at discounted prices to our members.
